Shipping Methods and Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
- Standard shipping: $1.99 for orders under $35.
Standard shipping is delivered on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched; this estimate does not include handling and processing time before dispatch.
Delivery to remote areas, or during periods of high order volume, may take longer than the estimate above. All orders must be shipped to a registered Australian postal address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us — we're happy to help.
