Shipping Methods and Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
Standard shipping: $1.99 for orders under $35.
Express shipping: flat rate of $7.99

Standard shipping is delivered on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery (and 1-3 business days for express delivery) once your order has been dispatched; this estimate does not include handling and processing time before dispatch.

Delivery to remote areas, or during periods of high order volume, may take longer than the estimates above. All orders must be shipped to a registered Australian postal address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Need to change or cancel an order you've already placed? Contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible:

Having your order confirmation number ready will help us process your request faster. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes — however, once an order has been processed for dispatch, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

International Shipping

We ship to a limited number of destinations outside Australia. Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times as they vary by location and are calculated using courier rates.
